The real estate boom in Mazatlán is growing favorably since there are currently 100 developments in process both vertically and horizontally in the city, the intention is to develop technical projects that seek resources that improve the quality of life in the city. Real estate investment in Mazatlán does not stop, according to the data obtained by the municipality, from November 2018 to December 2020, 18,238.5 million pesos were invested in 98 projects, mainly apartments and hotels in Sinaloa.

On the other hand, Mazatlán Logistics center is located at kilometer 10.7 of the Mazatlán- Culiacán highway. The 80 hectares of land will be divided into 66 lots of 2300 to 18000 square meters. The development led by ARHE Group will have an investment od approximately 636 million pesos in the work. These beachfront developments offer brand new 2–3-bedroom condos ranging from 100,000 USD to 600,000 USD with attractive amenities. The new development of Marina Mazatlán includes condos, lots, a new golf course, yachts, new shopping centers and others in process, it will be a convention center as you would find them in the United States (Inmuebles24, 2022).
